"Please make it smaller, with more design, more color, grow my logo, make it classic, but modern, vintage, but punk at the same time." These are common phrases that the advertising industry hears from its customers as "recommendations."
As an agency, how many times have we identified with this phrase:
Is the customer asking for this change? Well; more common than we think.

Sometimes, customer changes are subjective because you have lived by some belief, even governed by your favorite color or some way of life. Instead, the agency recommends what suits the brand best, but objectively, with success stories, market studies, color psychology, etc.

Once you detect the pros and cons of the customer's recommendations, it is best to expose the whys and wherefores of the design decisions and thus try to convince him of the result. It is necessary to consider constructive comments and add them to the delivery of the project. Having good communication with the customer will facilitate both the process and the result.
We believe that it is best to create proposals with the fundamentals without leaving aside the "taste" of the customer; to some extent, that continues to govern the two essential aesthetic and functional things.
