Something that is always in the head of every designer, marketer, and publicist is how to increase creativity to apply it in their daily work, to bring an idea to the real and what difficulties there may be to face the creative process.
To answer some of these questions we have as a great guide to follow the book: "Creativity S.A. How to take inspiration to infinity and beyond" by Ed Catmull, who led one of the most important digital animation companies of recent times: Pixar Animation.

Some of these recommendations that Catmull makes to take any company (which can be an agency or office) towards a creative culture, are the following:
Always promote innovation.
To be clear that our models of the world often distort our perception.
Being able to take risks.
Always surround themselves with talented people who are able to form part of a collaborative environment.
Target the final product, understanding that as a team we always win or lose together.
Honesty and frankness at all times.
Have a horizontal scheme in the company where everyone can give their opinion and generate ideas.
Maintain a creative environment.
Always embrace change, not refuse to try new things.

"We’re here to take a bite of the Universe. Otherwise, why else can we be here?" Steve Jobs.
Innovating is synonymous with working as a team, being always open to new proposals and not being afraid of the process, always taking into account the quality of arriving at a truly innovative product or resolution.
